Job description

Night Auditor

The Beautiful AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown is seeking an experienced Night Auditor. The purpose of the Night Auditor is to audit all accounts to ensure they are in balance, prepare final reports for management and act as the third shift Front Desk Agent. They are responsible for helping to ensure maximum room revenues and guest satisfaction, in line with Auro Hotels' standards.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, whenever possible. Shows willingness to going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Registers and processes guests promptly upon arrival and departure, assisting guest with any special requests.
  • Verifies that all charges to guest accounts are correct. Responsible for posting daily room charges, making sure that guest accounts are current and in balance.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel.
  • Completes all credit card transmittals, direct bills, and no-show billings.
  • Receives and processes telephone and walk-in reservations.

Experience/Education

College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
