Location: Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel

1 Hartsfield Centre Pkwy Atlanta, GA, 30354

Skills:

  • Assisting guests in a sincere and courteous manner
  • Registering and processing guests promptly upon arrival and departure
  • Verifying that all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correct
  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel
  • Completing all credit card transmittal, direct bills, and no-show billings for the day
  • Preparing all daily, monthly and yearly reports required by the property
  • Using sales techniques to effectively sell the property
  • Answering telephone calls professionally
  • Understanding and applying all hotel safety and security procedures
  • Keeping immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • Responsible for check-in, checkout, selling skills, computer operation, telephones, tasks at the front desk
  • Responsible for maintaining supplies for the hotel gift shop
  • Handling cash
