The Parish Assistant Pastor will help lead and strengthen key areas of congregational ministry, including spiritual care, adult discipleship, outreach, and ministry leadership. This role exists to help people move from attendance to belonging, from belonging to discipleship, and from discipleship to joyful service and leadership. The Parish Assistant Pastor will work closely with the Senior Pastor and ministry team to cultivate a healthy, welcoming, disciple-making culture across the church.

Qualifications
  • Those with firm convictions based on Reformed theology and a passion for the Gospel.
  • Those with the personal maturity to respectfully serve the congregation and joyfully cooperate with fellow staff members.
  • Graduates of an accredited theological seminary (M.Div.).
  • Those legally eligible to reside and work in the United States.
