????️ Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and smooth operations.

You’ll play a key role in meeting production goals and helping strengthen our skilled manufacturing team.


✅ What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate printing/converting machinery
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
  • Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

???? What You Bring
  • At least 1+ year of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar machines (preferred)

  • Shift: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek!)
  • Hours: 8:10 PM – 6:35 AM
