Position Summary:

The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s technology systems. This individual will provide hands-on technical support to staff across multiple locations, manage hardware and software systems, ensure network reliability, and support secure data management. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and able to balance day-to-day IT support needs with long-term technology projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage company email, user accounts, and permissions across systems.
  • Maintain secure networks, firewalls, and VPNs for remote and field-based staff.
