Department: Human Capital & Culture
Reports to: Director - Integration
Hours Available: M-F 8:30 am-5:30 pm EST (1-hour lunch break)
FLSA Class: Exempt

Salary Range: $67,000 - $80,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

What You'll Do
As our Human Capital & Culture Generalist, you'll own and support key HR functions across the employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leaders and team members throughout the organization.
Essential Functions (included but not limited to):
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes and ensure alignment on talent needs
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Lead onboarding execution to create a seamless and engaging new hire experience
  • Coordinate orientation, training schedules, system access, and new hire readiness
  • Partner with managers to ensure new team members are set up for success
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes and materials
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, celebrations, and recognition programs
  • Draft internal communications, announcements, and employee updates
  • Serve as a responsive and approachable resource for employees and managers
  • Help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain HR compliance processes including I-9 audits, employee documentation, and policy acknowledgments
  • Manage HR systems and reporting, including Paycor updates and data integrity
  • Support performance review cycles and compliance-related training programs
  • Assist with employment verifications, badge management, and shared mailbox management
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Create and maintain SOPs, HR documentation, and process guides
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
  • Support cross-functional projects aligned with company goals and organizational growth
Office Operations Support
  • Serve as backup support for office operations when needed
  • Assist with vendor coordination and workplace experience initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US and have IDs needed to verify
  • English literate and proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycor
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
