These roles often include general labor, kitchen staff, cleaning, or trade assistant positions and typically require minimal prior experience. This unique schedule allows for concentrated work periods followed by extended time off, making it important to be comfortable living and working closely with others in a remote environment. Most teams are diverse and supportive, and you will quickly build close working relationships with your colleagues.
