Job Description
Overview
As an HR Generalist Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day HR operations while partnering with HR team members and business leaders. This role provides exposure to core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, and engagement initiatives. You will play an active role in delivering HR services, supporting business needs, and contributing to key HR processes and programs.
What You'll Do
  • Support the tactical management of daily HR operations, including administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Partner with HR team members and Shared Services to address employee inquiries and resolve basic HR-related issues
  • Assist with HR transactions in HRIS systems, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Provide support for talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Help facilitate employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and action planning
  • Assist with performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
  • Support employee development programs and training coordination
  • Contribute to employee relations efforts by helping track, document, and follow up on cases as appropriate
  • Build and maintain simple, repeatable processes to improve HR workflows and efficiency
  • Compile, analyze, and present HR data and reports to support decision-making
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and HR-related projects
