Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Driving Instructor to join our team! As our Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for preparing students to take to the road safely, including teaching rules and regulations in a classroom setting, proper vehicle handling and maintenance, and all basic safety guidelines. You will also help students get comfortable behind the wheel and apply their knowledge in a practical way. The ideal candidate is comfortable teaching a group of students, has extensive knowledge of driving safety and rules, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference given to first responders and those with professional driving experience. A clean driving record and background are required. Full and part time hours available. Hours are generally afternoons and weekends, with some flexibility. We offer competitive pay DOQ, vacation pay, 401k with company match. Starting pay up to $62, annually. Initial training is required unless already licensed by the state. Training hours are also flexible and a considerable portion of the training can be done from home.

  • Lead a classroom of students learning driving safety
  • Get behind the wheel with students and help them implement their knowledge in a safe and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with students and guardians, and provide additional recommendations on future driving practices
