Job description

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking in and out all hotel guests while maintaining outstanding guest service and maximizing hotel revenue. Provide a seamless service experience for hotel guests by closely networking with other departments to meet and exceed guest needs.

Duties:

  • Check hotel guests in and out.

  • Maintain a bank and perform cashiering duties.

  • Work well with supporting departments (Reservations, Bell desk, Housekeeping, Information Desk, Concierge).

  • Maximize revenue with suite upgrades and rate integrity.

  • Maintain a clean, presentable, and welcoming workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Front Desk and customer service experience preferred.
