- Parts/Industry experience - From the client: I'd add B2B experience - this is a plus, not a hard requirement.
- Project Management experience + data analytics background/experience (know how to look at spreadsheets/cross compare parts)
- Person should be familiar with integration efforts. We'll have to tie the B2B site to our ERP system. They will not be coding APIs.
- No particular technology experience
