Vivint is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to develop and maintain reporting for the Sales Operations side of its direct-to-home sales division. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn new skills, explore data relationships, build strong visualizations, and own reporting for an important and visible area of the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience writing SQL queries in Snowflake and working with Tableau, along with strong communication skills. This role will work closely with program stakeholders to gather requirements and produce high-quality reporting that is accurate, accessible, and impactful.

ย Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a large portfolio of Tableau dashboards, ensuring they remain accurate, performant, and aligned with business needs
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses, dashboards, and data solutions
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from Snowflake
  • Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
  • Automate reporting and data workflows where possible
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility, structure, and usability

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization
  • Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with large, complex, and varied datasets
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
