Job description

Div. 32 Duluth, GA

Summary 

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the inspection and service team; create and dispatch inspection work orders, coordinate with approved service partners, maintain accurate system data, and ensure timely follow-up on open items. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create inspection work orders accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Dispatch inspection work orders to internal technicians or approved service partners.
  • Assign and coordinate approved subcontractor partners for inspection services.
  • Monitor and manage team email inbox, responding or routing requests appropriately.
  • Follow up on unscheduled or pending inspection work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Upload proposals and supporting documentation into the system.
  • Validate inspection tags and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer location information in internal systems.
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
  • Support team reporting and tracking of inspection activity as needed.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma and 1–3 years of administrative, service coordination, or dispatch experience.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office applications, proficient with Excel, experience with CRM/ERP systems, ServiceTrade preferred. 

 Physical Demands

Primarily office-based; able to sit at computer for extended periods; ability to use standard office equipment (computers, printers, scanners); sit, stand, walk, talk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
