This role is ideal for someone well-versed in handling all aspects of matrimonial and related matters who is ready to hit the ground running. Responsibilities:
- Exclusively practice family law (divorce, prenups, parenting time, mediation, etc.).ย
- Demonstrate experience in taking ownership of a clientโs caseโdiscovery, pleadings, motions, collaboration, mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials.ย
- Conduct client meetings and recommends strategies.ย
- Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitors their work.ย

- Salary range: $100,000 - 150,000. Salary commensurate with experience.ย
Qualifications:
- NJ Bar Admission.ย
- Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in family lawย
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex legal issues, precedents, and statutes.ย
- Proficiency in negotiating settlements and agreements.ย
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.ย
- Experience managing cases from inception to resolution, including organizing and maintaining case files.ย
