What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an NJ inspector?

To thrive as an NJ Inspector, you need comprehensive knowledge of state and local codes, attention to detail, and typically a relevant license or certification such as the NJ State Inspector license. Familiarity with inspection software, digital reporting tools, and sometimes specialized equipment for site assessments is necessary. These skills ensure that inspections are thorough, compliant, and contribute to public safety and regulatory standards.

What is an NJ inspector?
