Starting Pay: $23.95/hr with guaranteed raises every 6 months up to $38/hr

We are currently looking for multiple Production Technicians to join our team in Decherd, TN.

Job Expectations:

  • Arrive on-time, prepared to perform assigned work on a regular basis
  • Assemble engines and automotive parts
  • Operate wide variety of air and/or battery power tools, hand tools, computerized or mechanical equipment
  • Task such as installing, mounting, fastening, aligning, wiring, and connecting parts
  • Work while walking, standing, reaching, bending, crouching, or kneeling for set periods of time
  • Follow directions to work in a collaborative manner within designated timeframes
  • Perform safety checks, qualityinspections, proactively detect or respond to all safety instructions and alarms
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with machine sounds, noises and motorized equipment present.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Available to work night shift, including weekend day and weekend night schedules with required overtime on weekdays and/or weekends at our Decherd Plant
  • Demonstrated stable and verifiable work history (experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus)
  • Lift up to 25 -50 lbs.
  • Wear required dress code which may include shirt, pants and/or shoes, depending on role (uniforms optional)
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, gloves, goggles, or other items designated for your workstation.
  • English fluency required for effective communication and safety.
