Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and focus on a combination of Business Systems Analysis, Solution Development, end user support, and governance oversight, using various development tools with SharePoint in support of Transmission Engineering and Technical Services. The Business Systems Analyst will facilitate the analysis and definition of current-state processes, recommend and develop solutions and support system reliability. The position will also support both large transformational initiatives as well as desk-level improvement initiatives. This position will support business users of SharePoint.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1 - 2 days per week. The hourly pay rate range for this position is between $70.00 and $74.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a directly related technical discipline is preferred.
With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 8 years of experience is required.
With an applicable Associate's degree, 10 years of experience is required.
Without an applicable Bachelor's degree, 12 years of experience is required.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business and systems analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
SharePoint development experience including expert level experience developing SharePoint composite/no-code solutions consisting of web parts, lists, libraries using SharePoint Server 2019/2019 Subscription Edition.
Power User to Expert level knowledge of SharePoint on premises architecture and site management best practices.
Ability to develop and manage SharePoint content types and taxonomy to improve document management and search functionality.
Experience with web front end development, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, JSON
Advanced knowledge of Visio and/or other flowchart tools.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of user interfaces and optimal user experience practices.
Experienced with SharePoint integration with Microsoft Office Applications, including Power Query.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Project Management or Coordination roles.
Familiarity with accessible design or ADA guidelines.
Clear and concise written and verbal technical communication across audiences with varying subject familiarity.
Experience with Nintex Forms and Workflows or similar workflow design tools.
Ability to analyze and identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and duplicates within complex datasets.
Energy/utility industry experience.
