San Jose, CA, Onsite -40 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Infrastructure & Systems:**
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Services, and Print Services.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
- Support VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and Azure Virtual Machines.
- Monitor server health, storage, backups, and overall infrastructure performance.
- Perform maintenance, patching, upgrades, and system optimization for servers.
**Networking:**
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, wireless networks, and internet connectivity.
- Support networking environments using Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, UniFi, or Aruba devices.
- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors during outages and infrastructure changes.
**Endpoint & Security:**
- Deploy and manage Windows endpoints using NinjaOne, Intune, Group Policy, and Windows Autopilot.
- Ensure endpoint protection through Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, MFA, Conditional Access, BitLocker, and best security practices.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation, security incidents, and compliance initiatives.
**Backup & Disaster Recovery:**
- Monitor and troubleshoot backup solutions such as Veeam, NinjaOne Backup, and Microsoft 365 backup platforms.
- Conduct backup verification, restoration testing, and disaster recovery tests.
**Incident & Project Support:**
- Resolve advanced Level 2 incidents while meeting client SLA requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, server deployments, firewall implementations, Azure migrations, and hardware refreshes.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate.
**Documentation & Collaboration:**
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Mentor Level 1 engineers by sharing technical knowledge and documenting repeatable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

**Required Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in an MSP or multi-client environment.
