Overview: 

The Lead E-Commerce Product Stylist, Flats / Off-Model will oversee high-volume flat lay product styling for e-commerce and produce consistent PDP imagery while leading the team, maintaining standards, and supporting daily production goals.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead daily flat lay/off-model e-commerce product styling and photography production
  • Style apparel, accessories, socks, bags, and related product categories according to established brand and account guidelines
  • Prepare product racks for photography, including steaming, folding, shaping, pinning, stuffing, taping, and adjusting garments as needed
  • Ensure front, back, detail, and alternate product views are styled consistently and accurately
  • Maintain visual consistency (lighting, positioning, and composition) across high-volume e-commerce product imagery by reviewing team output and providing clear feedback
  • Define styling standards for new product categories not yet covered in existing style guides
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate technical or production concerns when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized studio workspace and support general equipment upkeep
  • Partner with the broader studio team to meet deadlines and improve workflow
  • Recruit top talent, train, develop, and manage team members
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce product styling, flat lay styling, off-model apparel photography, studio production, or a similar high-volume product imaging environment
  • Must understand garment prep techniques, including steaming, folding, shaping, pinning, tucking, stuffing, and styling for camera
  • Ability to lead, train, and guide junior team members in a high-volume production studio environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience  with digital cameras, capture software, or studio tools is preferred. Lighting experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with file naming, uploading, and maintaining digital asset consistency is preferred
  • Portfolio with examples if flat lay or off-model e-commerce product styling work
