Job description

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $127,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,400.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll lead Converse's Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) and Sustainability efforts, reporting to the Director, Sourcing and RSC. You'll manage a small team and work cross-functionally with multiple teams across Nike Inc., Converse Licensing, Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations. You will have a strong alliance with NIKE's Sustainability leadership driving Converse's mandatory and voluntary reporting and disclosure strategy and compliance efforts to drive sustainability, transparency and ethical governance. This role involves aligning efforts with overall NIKE strategy and process from upstream sustainability to downstream partner compliance, ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance, driving disclosure best practices, and fostering transparency. This team's culture values clarity, accountability, and collaboration in a fast-moving, brand-forward environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Responsible Supply Chain - Converse to lead people, programs, and partners that enable responsible growth at Converse. This role is for a decisive people leader with deep experience in sustainability, compliance, and supplier governance who can translate strategy into disciplined execution. You will own key sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives, reporting of progress and embedding compliance into everyday business processes-not running side programs. Success in this role requires strong systems fluency, sound judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functionally while holding partners accountable. You will lead and develop a team, drive clarity and rigor across onboarding, compliance, sustainable product initiatives, and ensure system integrity across enterprise platforms. This is a governance, risk, and process-design leadership role that protects the brand and strengthens partner relationships at scale.
Required traits & skills
  • Open to work in Boston, MA
  • 8+ years experience in sustainability, compliance, supplier governance or FW/APP manufacturing with strong, proven project management
  • People leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop others and build effective teams
  • Advanced skills in project management, compliance programs, product sustainability and partner lifecycle management preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Aravo, FXS, WebApp, or comparable governance systems
  • Experience designing and enforcing processes, controls, and communication flow frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning, Allocations, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Ability to perform standard office-based work (extended computer use, meetings, travel as required)

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, you will:
  • Lead and track Converse Sustainability and RSC key initiatives, translating enterprise priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes reporting progress to Converse and Nike SLT/ELT
  • Oversee partner lifecycle governance in Aravo, including onboarding, maintenance, and divestment
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Converse Licensing, guiding multiple partners through onboarding and ongoing compliance
  • Ensure system readiness and integrity across Aravo, FSX, and WebApp by driving process design and updates
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics, around corporate sustainability strategies surfacing risks and opportunities to senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Nike, Inc., Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and continuously improve compliance workflows
  • Manage and develop a team, fostering inclusion, trust, and high performance through coaching and feedback
