What You Will Do

The Procurement Manager will lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective procurement strategies. This role requires a strong background in materials or product supply chains, preferably within industries such as apparel, textiles, furniture, or marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess deep analytical capabilities, negotiation expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and technical teams.

What You Will Work On
  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities across key categories, including materials and marketing services.
  • Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Support buy-sell transformation initiatives through data analysis and process development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, customs, finance, accounting) to ensure compliance and alignment.
  • Analyze complex cost scenarios involving legal, tax, and financial implications.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Manage procurement data across systems such as SAP, PCX, and Excel; wrangle and interpret data from non-standard sources.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure sourcing initiatives stay on track.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience negotiating with material suppliers or marketing service providers.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to perform complex data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Alteryx; Python is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
