We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Role Overview

The Lead Consultant, Marketing Data & Analytics supports the delivery of data-driven marketing and analytics engagements focused on customer insights, CRM activation, and campaign performance measurement. This role blends analytical expertise with marketing strategy execution, helping clients leverage customer and behavioral data to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with marketing data, dashboards, CRM systems, and customer segmentation, while also being comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

You will contribute to projects spanning data analysis, dashboard development, audience strategy, campaign measurement, and marketing activation across CRM and digital channels, while also helping guide junior team members and managing day-to-day client delivery.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & Reporting
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing analytics solutions, including SQL-based datasets, reporting pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Build and manage dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and business KPIs.
  • Analyze customer, transactional, and digital engagement data to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analytics deliverables.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
CRM & Marketing Activation
  • Support the execution of CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, paid media, mobile, and digital channels.
  • Assist with audience segmentation and personalization strategies using CRM and customer data platforms.
  • Analyze customer journeys and campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Contribute to campaign measurement frameworks, including ROI analysis, audience performance tracking, and testing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing activation and audience strategy projects.
Client Delivery & Team Collaboration
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and support the delivery of analytics and marketing consulting engagements.
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and reporting solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage day-to-day project workstreams and contribute to successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and consultants where appropriate.
Skill RequirementsRequired
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and marketing datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and campaign measurement.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate insights in a clear, business-focused way.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in a consulting, analytics, or marketing environment.
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Exposure to customer data platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience supporting campaign measurement, A/B testing, or lifecycle marketing analytics.
  • Interest in audience strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing activation.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, media, or consumer-focused industries is a plus.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
