Lucky Strike Bellevue is home to one of the most dynamic entertainment environments in the Bellevue market. On Friday and Saturday nights, the venue shifts into a dedicated nightlife operation, and we are looking for an experienced Nightlife Operations Manager to lead it.

The Role
 
As Nightlife Operations Manager, you will own the Friday and Saturday night operation from doors-open to close, lead a dedicated nightlife team, drive a premium bottle service program, and shape what nightlife at Lucky Strike Bellevue becomes.
What You'll Do
  • Own all aspects of Friday and Saturday nightlife operations including staffing, guest flow, entertainment, and revenue performance, with real opportunity to grow the program to additional nights
  • Lead and grow the bottle service program as the primary nightlife revenue engine, managing table inventory, VIP reservations, nightly targets, and upsell strategy
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a dedicated nightlife team including bottle service servers, VIP hosts, bartenders, barbacks, floor supervisors, and security leads
  • Partner with the General Manager on venue transitions, shared resources, and cross-operational coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing and events on nightlife promotions, themed nights, DJ bookings, and social media initiatives that keep the program fresh and drive new guests in
  • Set the standard for VIP and general guest service, ensuring bottle service guests receive a premium experience from reservation through departure
  • Maintain full compliance with liquor laws, health and safety codes, and venue policies, and partner with security to keep the environment safe for guests and staff
  • Deliver weekly performance recaps covering revenue, bottle sales, VIP tracking, labor, and operational opportunities, and bring a clear action plan to every Monday debrief
What You'll Bring
  • 5 or more years of management experience in nightclub, high-volume bar, or premium nightlife or hospitality operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a bottle service or VIP table program
  • Experience leading a multi-role nightlife team including servers, bartenders, and floor supervisors
  • Financial fluency including revenue targets, P&L literacy, and cost management in a nightlife context
  • MAST certification or equivalent state alcohol service certification required prior to start
  • Exceptional guest instincts with experience handling high-expectation VIP clientele
  • Trend-aware and socially connected within the local nightlife scene
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; you run a fast-moving operation with precision and calm
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top nightlife talent
  • Knowledge of POS systems and nightlife operational tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
