Maze Lounge brings an unparalleled combination of premier nightlife-driven hospitality, elevated cocktail programming, entertainment, and cuisine.
Maze Lounge is looking for a seasoned VIP Manager with the following experience and skills:
  • 3 years of experience as a Nightlife Manager working in upscale and high-volume nightclubs
  • Additional experience working in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels and/or events
  • Knowledge of fine dining steps of service and service techniques
  • Experience providing bottle service and nightlife entertainment
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail with customer service
  • Proven record of success reaching sales targets
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Experience managing people based on fundamentals of labor laws and motivational leadership
  • Tech savviness to be able to operate different technology platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably, working knowledge of Spanish
