Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Night Supervision Specialist to provide overnight support and ensure the safety and well-being of a minor under our care. The role requires a vigilant presence throughout the night, offering reassurance and emotional support as needed.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Remain alert and attentive throughout the night shift.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for the individual.
  • Provide emotional support and a calm presence during any overnight challenges.
  • Effectively communicate and engage with the minor in a caring, supportive manner.
Qualifications:
 

  • Prior experience working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a warm personality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle situations involving minors with professionalism and care.
  • Preferred certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night shift.
