Job description

We are now seeking a Night Attendant to join our team!
The Night Attendant oversees the well being of the building and its operation during the night shift.
  • Keeps front desk and lobby areas vacuumed and dusted.
  • Collect trash from receptacles throughout the community and disposes of them in dumpster
  • Answers the telephone.
  • Delivers newspapers to residents' doors.
  • Responsible for successful completion of the daily Evening/Night Shift Duty List.

Successful candidate possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and ability to be be self-directed in decision making and emergent situations.
