Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! Successful candidates must have a friendly disposition, ability to operate a computer while speaking on the phone simultaneously, have great attention to detail, and be good with customers. Pay is $15.00/hr to $16.25/hr based on experience. This position is a full-time, 40 hour work week. In order to provide the best customer service during open hours, shift times may vary between the hours of Monday-Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm & Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, live chat, and other inquiries each day
- Answer customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments
- Communicate with manufacturers for answers regarding a customer's order
- Order management, tracking orders, processing customer returns
- Communicate with coworkers to ensure customers are handled in a timely manner
