Your Role:
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, communicating concerns promptly to the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident status
  • Promote resident comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being
  • Follow all state and federal regulations
  • Follow facility policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment
Who We're Looking For:
  • Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • A caring, reliable team player
  • Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
  • Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of those in long-term care
  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
