Remote LCSW Therapist | Full-Time Clinical Social Work Role in Texas

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy for clients who need consistent mental health support from a licensed professional. This role involves more than holding sessions. You will assess client needs, create thoughtful treatment plans, track progress, and help clients work through issues that may be affecting their relationships, work, mood, behavior, and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed LCSW who can bring strong clinical judgment, steady communication, and organized documentation to a full-time telehealth role.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video technology
