We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Bank Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing vital support to clients throughout the day. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, remote call center environment and are committed to delivering secure, accurate, and empathetic service during peak customer interaction times.
