Location: West Valley City, UT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (Monday-Friday)
Position Description
The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures orders are fulfilled
correctly and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance standards, and a
clean, organized work area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and print pick lists from the ERP system (Odoo) in accordance with SOPs
  • Accurately pick products and stage for shipments
  • Pack orders according to company standards, customer requirements, and carrier guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met when handling regulated products.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet established productivity and accuracy standards while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties including restocking, cycle counts, and housekeeping as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
