Are you a dedicated and results-driven nurse ready to make a real impact? We are seeking compassionate RNs to join our team and have a hand in transforming the lives of those living with disabling injuries and illnesses.

We are currently hiring for Full-Time on both Day and Night Shift.

Hours: Full Time-3x12s weekly, rotating weekends.

Day Shift: 6:30am-7pm

Night Shift: 6:30pm-7am

Block Scheduling-Rotating Weekend Info:

Block A and Block B work every other weekend (days not in a row);

Block C works every Friday (3 days in a row).

Base Pay Range: $39.09-48.89/hr depending on years of experience

Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights (Mon-Fri), $3/hr on weekend days (Sat/Sun) and $4/hr on weekend nights (Sat/Sun)

Charge Differential: $3/hr

🩺 About the Role:
This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.

Position Highlights at a Glance:

  • Average Patient Length of Stay: 10-14 days

  • Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more

  • Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more

  • Advanced Care: IVs,trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains

  • 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

What You'll Need:

  • RN License (State of NM)

  • BLS required

  • 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

  • CRRN preferred

Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:

  • A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
  • Both gross and precise motor functions.
  • Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
  • Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
  • Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
