Night shift labourers are workers who perform manual or physical tasks during nighttime hours, typically outside the standard 9-to-5 workday. Their duties can include loading and unloading materials, cleaning, construction, maintenance, or other labor-intensive work depending on the industry. Working at night often involves additional safety protocols and sometimes higher pay rates due to the shift timing. Night shift labourers are essential for industries that require 24-hour operations or need to complete work when facilities are less busy.
