What does a night shift foreman do?

A Night Shift Foreman oversees operations and supervises workers during the nighttime hours in industries such as manufacturing, construction, or warehousing. Their responsibilities include coordinating tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, monitoring productivity, and resolving any issues that arise during the shift.
