Warehouse Manager (Night Shift)
Location: Alexandria, LA
Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our night shift operations at our client location in Alexandria, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing workflow to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage the night shift warehouse team, providing direction and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee inventory control processes including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and safety compliance to upper management.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services to P&G.
Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
