Job description

  • Supervises all floor attendants in the casino operations department.
  • Coaches and develops current floor attendants to ensure all customers receive outstanding and quick customer service.
  • Trains new floor attendants regarding rules and procedures.
  • Handles all customer disputes not resolved at the floor attendant level to ensure unparalleled customer service.
  • Issues discipline as necessary.
  • Responds to customers reporting jackpots and determines if jackpot is valid.
  • Verifies customer identification and completes jackpot forms.
  • Ensures compliance with State of Florida gaming laws.
  • Provides excellent customer service to slot players by answering questions about the machines and other general inquiries.
  • Advises slot shift managers of any high level customer service issues.
  • Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports.
  • Assists with scheduling
  • All other duties assigned.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must have at least 3+ years of previous customer service experience with at least 1 of those years at a supervisory level.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • Previous gaming experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to lead by example.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Must have strong team work skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
