• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems across distributed environments, identifying
root causes and driving resolution

We proactively monitor processes and operational compliance to continuously increase the effectiveness of Relay's products - providing fast-paced investigation and analytics to protect Customers, Carriers, Drivers, and Amazon globally.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of software development, or 1+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, or experience in development or technical support
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
