Job description

Job Title: OTR Team Drivers (Amazon Relay - Nationwide)
Location: Nationwide (Over-the-Road)
Job Type: Full-Time, Team Driving (2 Drivers per Truck)
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Team Drivers for nationwide over-the-road (OTR) operations. This is not a regional position-teams must be willing to run across multiple states and take advantage of available contracts through Amazon Relay.
Drivers will operate as a team to ensure efficient, continuous movement of freight while maintaining high standards of safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Schedule & Work Structure
  • Typical schedule: 5-6 days on the road, 1 day off
  • Contracts generally consist of 3 to 5 blocks per week
  • Flexible routing opportunities across various states using Amazon Relay

Compensation & Benefits
  • 45% of total contract value per team (split between both drivers)
  • Additional 5% performance bonus per block, based on:
    • On-time performance
    • Compliance with Amazon Relay requirements
  • Fuel fully covered by the company
  • All truck maintenance and repairs covered

Driver Responsibilities
  • Safely operate commercial vehicles as part of a team
  • Manage and execute loads using the Amazon Relay app
