Job Description
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Pull reports from Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms; maintain Excel tracking sheets for product listing performance, reviews, and star ratings; compile ad hoc reports as needed
• Retailer Account Management: Audit retailer returns and reconcile pricing discrepancies; manage retailer portal accounts for setting up new items and promotions
• Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias (website chat and email support) and Amazon; ensure regulatory compliance with supplement industry guidelines; document customer interactions and health-related inquiries; utilize pre-built AI response templates and auto-responses
• Administrative Tasks: General administrative support across marketing, operations, and sales departments
• Data Organization: Ensure all reports are in usable format and properly organized for team access
Skill Set
• Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience handling customer inquiries via chat and email • Data Entry & Organization: Strong ability to work with Excel, pull reports, and organize data accurately • Communication Skills: Clear written communication skills; ability to follow compliance guidelines and documentation requirements • English Proficiency: Fluent English communication (written and verbal) • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and regulatory compliance in the supplement industry
