As a Night Shift Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring your machine produces high-quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.

Pay Scale: $16.48–$22.50+ per hour (depending on department and shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines such as single knife log slitters, splitters, laminators, spoolers, die presses, platen presses and rotary presses
  • Process and package orders according to detailed work order instructions
  • Accurately report production data
  • Assist in process improvements including quality, efficiency, and safety
  • Light maintenance and housekeeping of machine and work area

Requirements:

  • Sufficient reading and writing skills
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs intermittently throughout shift
