Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Your role will include checking in and out guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and performing audit functions to maintain accurate financial records for the day.

    - Greet guests warmly and efficiently during the check-in and check-out processes.
    - Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
    - Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as necessary.

    - Accurately process reservations and cancellations, ensuring all information is updated in the system.
    - Monitor incoming bookings and prepare for expected arrivals and departures.
