Job description

Community-based residential and day treatment program located near Pearland. Facility serves severely mentally ill children and adolescents as well as those with intellectual disabilities and developmental delays. Facility operates several group homes to serve clients from our local community, around the state of Texas in addition to those from other states and countries.

Our facility is looking for awake night staff to monitor sleeping children and adolescents with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities in residential care.

All applicants must complete a stringent application process including a national FBI fingerprint background check and a drug screen to start hiring process. Valid high school diploma or GED required.

  • Rotating schedule: 4 days on and 4 days off
  • Health benefits available upon employment after 90 day probationary period.

As a Direct Care Staff/House Parent, you will provide daily care, supervision, and guidance to clients, ensuring safety and promoting positive behaviors. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized home setting, implementing individualized treatment plans, preparing meals, administering medications, and completing required documentation. You’ll also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support each child’s growth and success.
