Memory Care ResidentCare Assistant - Night Rotation

Full-Time Night Rotation

  • Full-Time NOC Float, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Memory Care ResidentCare Assistant

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistantto support the residents in our Hearten House communities, each with 12 memory care apartments, locatedin Holmen and La Crosse. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support toolder adults who experience memory impairment.  Our Night Rotation position rotates between Hearten House I & II in La Crosse and Hearten House III in Holmen.  This position is the first to fill in for a vacancy or call-in on the night shift, but will work as additional staff if no vacancy or call-in.

What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with personal cares, dailyactivities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity aspossible
  • Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being
  • Medicationmanagement
  • Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
  • Documentation of daily care
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and a variety of other tasks

What You'll Need

  • Previous direct care experience preferred 
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience (any State) beneficial, but not required
  • CBRF Certification provided
  • Ability to drive or have reliable transportation between Holmen and La Crosse mid-shift when needed

Our Wages

  • Our starting rate is between $18.50 and $22.00 +per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases uponorientation completion. And regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance!
  • We also offer a $1.25/HR PM and $3.00/HR NOCshift differential as well as Weekend Differential and on-call incentives.

Qualifications forHigher Starting Pay

  • Previous direct care experience
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience
  • Standard Precautions, First Aid & Choking, Fire Safety, and Med Admin CBRF Certification complete
  • Full-Time schedule commitment
