Shift: 12 hr Day/Night

Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Telemetry team in Bradenton, FL. This is a rotating role with 12-hour day and night shifts, offering a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge, a passion for patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced telemetry unit.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to detect changes in patients’ heart rhythms.
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
    • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
    • Respond promptly to alarms and changes in patient condition.
    • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
    • Document all patient interactions, observations, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system.
    • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Active RN license in the state of Florida.
    • Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (required).
    • Telemetry experience.
    • ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association) Required.
    • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
