Shift Details
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • 36 Hours per Week
The RN - MedSurg/Telemetry is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by monitoring, assessing, and treating patients with cardiac and general medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
The RN will manage patient care plans, monitor telemetry systems, and support patients through recovery and discharge processes.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
  • Provide direct patient care using nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
  • Monitor cardiac telemetry and patient conditions

  • Educate patients on diagnosis, medications, and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
Clinical Monitoring & Intervention
