The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and leading technical initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

How You'll Contribute...
  • Technical: Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  • System Design: Design and architect scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems that meet the evolving needs of our marketplace.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI to optimize our internal workflows and accelerate our workforce.
  • Machine Learning models development for tasks such as marketplace optimization, fraud detection, and call center operations.
  • Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing cloud-based services and best practices.
  • Integration with Twilio: Integrate Twilio's communication APIs into our platform to enable seamless customer interactions.
  • Technology Stack: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development landscape.

What We're Looking For...
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to software development.
  • Proven ability to design and architect scalable, distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with complex distributed systems.
