The Resource Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Resource Department.

Oceaneering Marine Services Division (MSD) has over 30 years of experience providing full-service submarine and surface ship repairs supporting maintenance and alterations aboard commercial and U.S. military vessels. We are SUBSAFE and DDS-SOC certified and perform high-consequence maintenance on assets that operate in demanding environments.
Education:
- High School/GED with additional education preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years experience working as administrative support.
Knowledge:
- Strong computer skills. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project. Power BI and Peoplesoft experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: $27 - $34 an hour
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Comply with OII-MSD company policies, safety requirements and Core Values.
- Schedule and manage travel for MSD personnel. Duties include:
1. Initiate, coordinate, audit, justify, and process travel for personnel
2. Ensure contact information, passport status, and travel preferences for employees is up to date
3. Maintain files and records to interact with annual internal and external audits - Prepare and issue End-of-Job Performance Appraisal Reviews (EOJ PAR) and associated Systems/Components Skill Sets, for all Production Trades and Apprentices to their Supervisors. These PARs and Evaluations are also used to document Quarterly evaluations for those personnel assigned to long-term projects.
- Prepare and issue End of Job Performance Appraisal Reviews and associated System/Components Skill Sets, for all Production Supervisors to their Project Managers. These PARs and Evaluations are also used to document Quarterly evaluations for those Supervisors assigned to long-term projects.
- Track and ensure EOJ PARs for Trades, Apprentices and Supervisors are completed and signed prior to the end of the job and are returned to Resources prior to job completion.
- Proof and forward all completed EOJ PARs to the Resource Manager and Human Resources for review and place a copy in the individual electronic personnel folders.
- Maintain Craftsmen/Supervisor Skills Matrix, utilizing the Systems/Component Skill Sets, for each trade function. The Skills Matrix is to be used in facilitating the assignment of craftsmen and supervisors to projects with the proper skills balance to ensure successful job completion. It is also used to help determine training needs so that craftsmen and supervisors can be assigned to projects that will increase their knowledge and proficiency.
- Administer the OII-MSD Safety Shoe, Prescription Safety Glasses and Coverall programs, maintaining accurate files of employee names and dates if issue.
- Maintain the Resource Manager Contact Information file, documenting current phone numbers, passport information and travel preferences.
- Compile and forward weekly timesheets for Temporary Labor employees to their companies to ensure accurate timekeeping and invoicing.
- Assist with reviewing and entering employee expense reports into PeopleSoft.
- Provide assistance to the Training department as required.
