Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque and tartar, polishing teeth, and applying fluoride treatments
- Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures

Salary Range

Full-time $45 - $55 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, teeth whitening, night guard deliveries and periodontal therapy.

Shift & Schedule

- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: No holiday Shift.
