About the Role:

The Night Auditor Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of hotel front desk activities during overnight hours. This position is responsible for overseeing the night audit process, which includes reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and maintaining the integrity of guest accounts. The supervisor leads and supports the night audit team, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational compliance are consistently met. They act as the primary point of contact for any issues that arise during the night shift, coordinating with other departments to resolve problems promptly. Ultimately, the Night Auditor Supervisor ensures that all overnight operations contribute to the overall financial accuracy and guest satisfaction of the hotel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel night audit or front desk operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel property management systems (PMS) and night audit procedures.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
