NIGHT CREW SUPERVISOR
Full Time
Location: 920 Heinz Ave
Status: Reports to Night Crew Manager
Responsibilities:
  • To oversee that all displays and end caps are built and stocked for daily store operations and sales. To supervise and oversee the activities of the night crew
  • Able to assist the manager in scheduling, training and performance management in a timely manner.
  • Creative problem solving and ability to work through complex challenges daily.
  • Understands and responds to situations with appropriate sense of urgency and good judgement.
  • Creating process, systems and resource materials to ensure the success of the department and the team.
  • Ability to work productively with all levels of staff, mgmt. and customers.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge/Skills:
    • Previous experience in supervisor/manager a plus
    • Ability to project friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work as a positive team member
    • Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English
    • Well-organized, with special attention to detail
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Other:
    • Willing to work overnight shift
    • Manual dexterity: Able to use fine motor skills to handle/maintain/install equipment, frequently. Must be 18 years of age to operate equipment
    • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull: Ability to handle up to 50 pounds independently or team lift, occasionally
    • Sit/stand: Up to full duration of shift, two or more hours at a time
    • Stand/bend/stoop/walk: Ability to alternate positions throughout the course of the shift, frequently depending on task

Pay range : $24.50 - $31.00per hour
