To achieve that mission, we’re building a dependable, service-driven front desk team that works together to deliver outstanding hospitality—around the clock. We’re currently hiring Guest Service Representatives that may rotate shifts: days, swings, and night audit. This position will primarily be swing and night shift . This structure ensures that every team member gets to connect with guests during all parts of their stay—and helps keep things fresh and balanced. What You’ll Do As a Guest Service Representative, you’ll be the face of NGIS—greeting guests, supporting their needs, and ensuring they have a comfortable, worry-free stay.
